Your new role
As a Customer Service & Billing Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and billing operations within the logistics framework. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and accurate financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing service enquiries, optimising billing processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to ensure operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in 3PL/4PL customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries, service requests, and escalations. (must-have)
  • Closely monitor billing processes for freight, warehousing, and transportation services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and prompt invoicing while addressing discrepancies efficiently. (must-have)
  • Built and maintained strong client relationships, acted as a key point of contact to resolve billing disputes, and provided timely service updates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Direct customer-facing experience.
