About The Role
Helping bank customers to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell and promote products like education and saving plans and identify customer segments for new sales.
- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales.
- Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers.
- Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities.
- Provide financial advice and follow-up service on policy matters to customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum SPM qualification (possesses at least 5 passes including BM).
- Result-oriented with desire to sell.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to converse well in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
