• Develop internal talent using performance evaluation, succession planning processes
• Identifying talent needs to ensure efficient recruitment to provide resourceful training and development for the employees.
• Design talent management framework, and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of leadership talent
• Develop competency management initiatives
• Oversee talent acquisition recruiting operations and related processes driving streamlined processes across different divisions
• Coordinate mid-to-senior level staff recruitment, confirmation, placement and separation activities
• Monitor overall recruitment against approved workforce plan
• Champion development and execution of Employer Branding strategy, including Career Fair, Industry / Campus Partnership, Social Media
• Design and Coordinate Management Trainee Program, Internship, Scholarship Management

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' of experience in L&D, Talent Development, Talent Management related role
• Positive mindset, can-do attitude, resilient, independent learner
• Great team player, able to work in a lean team environment
• Good interpersonal skills with great verbal and written communication in English
