A large local bank is currently looking for an analyst to join their corporate banking team.

Your new role

To have an overview of the Corporate Banking Real Estate Portfolio, in terms of exposure, subsector, product and duration
To build and grow CB’s business and capabilities within the RE space
Mapping out and executing the sector specialist work plans
Consultative role for lending units on matters relating to RE clients & transactions

What you'll need to succeed

At least 4 years of experience within the banking industry and strong credit skills and proficiency in Mandarin
Relationship Management and sales/business development experience
Track record of delivering on sales budgets and revenue growth
