This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires an Assistant Manager from the Agency Sales Training Department to join its dynamic global business.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be counted on to review and revamp the Agency Training Programme as well as conduct training modules for the Agency Sales Force. You will be working closely with the Head of Faculty on formulating training modules and special projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience with Sales Training
• Experience in conducting training within the Financial Services industry will be an added advantage.
• Has a good command of written and spoken in English, BM and Mandarin
