Your new role

You will be heading the Tax & Treasury function and working in a small team. Your key responsibilities include:

1. plan and prepare cash flow projections (LT and ST) for the group's business activities and projects
2. Risk management and mitigation of Forex exposure, you will strategise and implement various hedging strategies for business needs.
3. Handling all Tax audits and Tax compliance matters
4. Liaise with Tax Agents, Bankers on all Tax & Cash items such as Tax Incentives, Computations, negotiation of Interest Rates etc

What you'll need to succeed

1. Current/Previous exposure in the Real Estate/PD industry

2. > 10 years in Group Finance function with good exposure to Tax & Treasury

3. Relevant University Degree or Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA)
