An international manufacturing organization is looking for an IT Specialist based in Penang to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure and support large-scale IT projects globally.

Your new role

• Assist the Global Head of IT with project milestones, priorities, and progress.
• Specialize in global system platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) and act as a global system administrator when needed.
• Track and manage IT investment costs and work with vendors.
• Independently run large IT initiatives from sourcing solutions to execution.
• Develop and maintain global IT policies and coordinate IT audit surveys.
• Establish reporting routines and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Experience with system management tools and network protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional conduct and attention to detail
