This role involves evaluating the business landscape in Malaysia, predicting changes that could pose risks or opportunities, and crafting strategies to mitigate risks while enhancing competitive advantages. The individual will represent the company in interactions with government officials and influencers, developing and executing plans to safeguard and promote the company’s interests and reputation. Additionally, the role includes managing a team and maintaining regular communication with government bodies and external stakeholders to stay informed on political, legislative, and regulatory changes, ensuring the company’s positions are effectively communicated to support its business objectives.
