Your new role

In this managerial role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial insurance product development, from initial concept to product launch. Your focus will be on identifying market needs, trends, and opportunities to craft innovative insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses and organisations. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and other departments to develop competitive and profitable products.

Additionally, you will ensure that all new products comply with regulatory and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement and enhancements to existing offerings based on market demands, customer feedback, and strategic goals.


What you'll need to succeed
- 7 years and above of relevant experience with focus on Product Development/Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- Experience within General Insurance, either Personal Lines and Commercial Lines business
- Expert Communicator with an analytical mindset
