- Develop and maintain robust group pricing models and conduct comprehensive experience studies to implement pricing strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of the latest market developments and trends for group business to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Manage client relationships effectively, delivering clear and compelling presentations on pricing and quotation details.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pricing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Continuously improve and refine pricing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or similar and currently pursuing Actuarial Professional Exams
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related role
- Strong technical knowledge and possesses strong analytical and communication skills
