Your new role
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will ensure operational efficiency by overseeing various aspects of the business, including production, logistics, and supply chain management. A significant part of your role will involve managing forklift operations to enhance overall warehouse efficiency. Your responsibilities related to forklift management will include ensuring all operators are properly trained and certified, organising regular training sessions, overseeing the maintenance of forklifts to ensure they are in optimal working condition, implementing safety protocols to minimise the risk of accidents, and optimising the use of forklifts to improve warehouse operations. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with suppliers and internal teams to enhance overall operational performance and streamline workflow efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Manage forklift operations, including operator training and certification, maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Implement and monitor safety standards across all processes to minimise risks and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance overall operational performance and streamline workflow efficiency.
  • Oversee and optimise production, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and optimise resource allocation.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and synchronisation of physical and digital records.
  • People and equipment management experience.
  • Willing to work/relocate to Sepang.
