• The ideal candidate would hire permanent and contractual mechanical engineers, technicians, project managers, construction managers, document controllers, admin.
• Recruitment sourcing from job portals, head-hunters, LinkedIn. This candidate will have to come up with creative solutions to increase and improve talent sourcing.

What you'll need to succeed

• The company has high and low peaks. During low recruitment seasons, this candidate would be expected to carry out adhoc tasks as well such as engagement activities, career fairs, etc.
• Mandarin proficiency as this person will be liaising with project managers who are Chinese expats.
• Must come from a construction/ industrial / manufacturing background
