Your new role

You will be responsible for serving as the primary relationship manager, developing strategic standards and procedures for effective relationships, collaborating closely with transition managers, functional owners, and vendors. This sole contributor role also entails overseeing vendor performance, resolving issues, whilst ensuring SLA compliance in their APAC operations.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure success in this role, you’ll need to possess:

• Experienced in BPO operations
• Experienced in stakeholder management with expertise in managing vendor contracts
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
