Our client who are pioneers in the renewable energy space seeks a top-tier Senior Project Sales Manager.
Your new role
As a Senior Project Sales Manager (Solar), you will be responsible for the following:
- Identify, manage, and secure new clients in all operational countries while exploring opportunities in new markets.
- Lead and oversee business development teams across various countries and guide commercial negotiations with clients until agreements are finalised.
- Formulate and execute strategies to persuade key stakeholders in the PV market to recognize the company as a key player in the market.
- Gain an understanding of essential technical components related to solar PV installations alongside the legal and commercial aspects of long-term client contracts.
- Supervise resource management for conducting site and risk assessments, and collaborate with procurement and costing teams for pricing approval on potential projects.
- Coordinate and manage all business development activities related to C&I solar across all countries within the Company.
- Implement and expand customer relationship management systems for each country.
- Track and report on all business development initiatives across all operational regions.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Engineering
Skilled in end to end project management
Strong portfolio in managing energy related projects in B2B environments
Strong business and commercial acumen to achieve revenue targets
At least 5-8 years of managerial responsibilities
