This is an individual contributor role which will lead the entire Recruitment CoE function under the Head of HR.

What you'll need to succeed

• End to end recruitment experience from applications to onboarding, ensuring a good candidate experience
• Carry out employer branding – Working together to get interns from universities
• Closing approximately 5 positions per month
• Roles that you would hire include sales executives, customer advisors, service advisors, junior finance talents, technicians.
• Good exposure to blue and white collar hiring
• Ideally have used SAP success factors
