Your new role

As a Managing Director, you will oversee the production, testing, packaging, and shipping operations at our factory. You will lead a team of engineers, technicians, operators, and support staff to ensure the safe launch, quality, efficiency, and safety of our operations.

You will collaborate with other managers, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and improve processes and performance.

Additionally, you will align the back-end strategy with the global vision and foster collaboration and innovation with other back-end factories overseas.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

You should have at least 10 years of experience in semiconductor back-end manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

A proven track record of delivering results and driving growth and efficiency in back-end operations is essential.

Strong knowledge of back-end processes, equipment, materials, and quality standards, along with strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex and dynamic situations, are crucial.

Excellent intercultural communication, leadership, and decision-making skills are also required.

Fluency in English and Malay is necessary to effectively communicate with diverse and multicultural teams.
