General Manager – Food & Beverage Operations

Your new role
  • Establish systems to enhance customer satisfaction across all outlets.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, service quality, and cleanliness standards.
  • Address and mitigate operational issues such as order accuracy and availability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, including managers and crew.
  • Set up training programs and performance-based incentives.
  • Foster accountability and promptly address underperformance.
  • Oversee P&L, manage costs, and drive revenue through local marketing and service excellence.
  • Optimise operational expenses in logistics, labour, and waste management.
  • Lead the rollout and operational success of new outlets, including innovative formats.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and customer-focused approach to management.
  • Experience in financial management and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven expertise in F&B operations, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
