Your new role
- Establish systems to enhance customer satisfaction across all outlets.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, service quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Address and mitigate operational issues such as order accuracy and availability.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, including managers and crew.
- Set up training programs and performance-based incentives.
- Foster accountability and promptly address underperformance.
- Oversee P&L, manage costs, and drive revenue through local marketing and service excellence.
- Optimise operational expenses in logistics, labour, and waste management.
- Lead the rollout and operational success of new outlets, including innovative formats.
What you'll need to succeed - Demonstrated the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and customer-focused approach to management.
- Experience in financial management and driving revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in F&B operations, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
