Your new role
As Assistant Customer Service Manager, you'll ensure smooth import and export logistics by making sure shipping documents comply with Malaysian customs and international trade regulations for DG and non-DG cargo. You'll work with department heads to streamline processes and contribute to strategic improvements, playing a key role in enhancing global trade efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in Logistics Customer Service – within Freight Forwarding / Logistics Service Provider industries (must-have)
  • Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing import & export shipping documentation for all types of commodities via ocean / air / land freight for multimodal shipping methodology.
  • Process and system improvement experience across the Logistics Customer Service function.
  • Experienced in revising SOP/KPI to increase logistics operation efficiency & customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and briefings to increase team performance & productivity.
  • Direct people management experience.
