Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering SAP programs and projects, including rollout activities within the Asia-Pacific region. You will support the team on a business process and functional level if required. Additionally, you will be involved in pre-sales activities, supporting the acquisition of new customers and driving the development of existing clients. Your role will also include supporting the regional management team in developing and implementing strategies to accelerate growth in the region. You will lead and coach team members in their careers and take on critical project roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Integration Lead, Cut-Over Lead, and Data & Cleansing Lead.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally in consulting, with a strong functional and/or technical background.
• Thorough SAP market understanding with proven pre-sales abilities and an extensive professional network in the region.
• Solid SAP project management experience.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Process and SAP understanding of one particular module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to develop your own skills and talents.
• Excellent communication skills, both eloquent and extroverted, to support sales and pre-sales cycles.
• A willingness to take responsibility and make decisions.
• A passion for teamwork and determination to succeed.
• The ability to lead a small team with strong social and communication skills.
