Your new role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in various roles within the SAP FICO domain. You will play a pivotal role in deploying new capabilities, enhancements, and stabilizing the organisation's global template. Your responsibilities will include supporting major R2R enhancements and projects, analyzing business requirements, mapping solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement of the global template.

• Product Management: Act as Product Owner, gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints. Ensure the most value is delivered by the development team.
• Solution Architecture: Develop, maintain, and communicate processes and standard practices related to the high-level design, development, and implementation of solutions.
• Business Analysis: Drive the definition, optimization, improvement, and approved changes to new and existing business processes and IT solutions through the development of business and functional requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide direction and oversight to offshore teams handling production support. Ensure solutions meet both affiliate requirements and global standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams, senior financial leadership, and key business stakeholders to implement and solve new localization and statutory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3 to 15 years of experience in the SAP environment, including deep business process knowledge across the Finance space.
• Strong functional knowledge of FICO functionality, including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience with SAP best practices, CPG templates, and integration with Direct to Consumer (DTC) models.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Strong communication, validation, and documentation skills.
• Independent, creative analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on a dynamic portfolio of responsibilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
