A well established and growing company within food distribution, you will be working with one of the largest distributors within the industry with multiple warehouses across Malaysia.

Your new role

You will be collaboratively working with the senior leadership team to actively revamp pre-existing frameworks, along with establishing new ones. This will also include covering end-to-end operations, with a strategic edge through acting as a business partner to the directors to implement and strategize new solutions to elevate their overall HR foundation. Other aspects of the role include recruitment for higher level management roles, and payroll checking.
