Your new role

Utilising your Japanese language proficiency, you will support the administrative operations of your department to maintain good corporate client relationships. Examples of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below:
  • Manage database and prepare confidential materials and documents
  • Support regular banking processes such as compliance, account management
  • Perform Japanese-English translation for documents, correspondence etc.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement wherever relevant


What you'll need to succeed

  • Professional-level Japanese and English proficiencies
  • 0–2 years of work experience, ideally related to financial services
  • Ability to work efficiently towards deadlines and cut-off points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
