Your new role
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will manage IT service delivery, foster client relationships and lead change management initiatives. You will oversee process and quality management, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in IT Service Delivery and Change Management.
Expertise in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and change management plans for new technology rollouts.
Strong relationship management with an agile and flexible personality.
