Your new role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in managing the end-to-end AP functions for a fast-paced and growing team. From processing invoices and handling travel and expense claims to driving process improvements, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring operational efficiency. This role isn’t just about numbers—it’s about making an impact by supporting stakeholders, enhancing systems, and contributing to transformational projects.
Key Responsibilities- Process PO and non-PO invoices, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle travel and expense claims (T&E), ensuring policy compliance while supporting regional teams.
- Reconcile vendor statements, payments, and bank records to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional efforts to implement innovative changes.
- Support month-end closing processes, ensuring seamless and accurate AP transaction capture.
- Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on payment status, claim submissions, and company policies.
What you'll need to succeed
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or Concur systems is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-moving environment.
