Head of Lean

My client is looking for a Head of Lean to help streamline practices from a lean perspective.
Your new role
You will be at the forefront of driving lean six sigma culture by means of process, systems and behaviour changes across the organisation and be supported by the Site Director.
You will be versed with lean six sigma and have had a track record of successful changes over period of time for the organisations you are part of.What you'll need to succeed
Passionate about lean, change management and proactive to drive changes
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
10 years+ experience in a manufacturing environment
Personable and able to influence change
Willing to roll up your sleeves, spend time with shopfloor to understand process
