My client is a FMCG manufacturer based in Negeri Sembilan. They are looking for a candidate with solid experience managing UHT production to join the team. This person will be a future sucessor to the Plant Manager with immediate exposure to line expansion.

Your new role

As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that quality standards are met, production deadlines are adhered to, and resources are used efficiently.

You will also manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians, to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• UHT Production experience

• 10+ years in manufacturing with a good ability to drive results and lead a team

• Willing to get hands dirty and put in the work

• Responsible and reliable
