Your New Role
  • Manage manual billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions.
  • Handle e-invoicing platforms, including manual uploads and error resolution.
  • Perform daily and monthly monitoring to ensure error-free operations.
  • Resolve billing-related discrepancies and maintain routine billing activities.
  • Prepare and analyze routine and period-end reporting.
  • Collaborate on incident creation and problem analysis to improve processes.
  • Support IT testing of new or updated functionalities within the ERP system.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commercial Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese for effective communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Team-oriented and self-directed experience in professional environments.
