Your New Role
Manage manual billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Monitor and troubleshoot EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions.
Handle e-invoicing platforms, including manual uploads and error resolution.
Perform daily and monthly monitoring to ensure error-free operations.
Resolve billing-related discrepancies and maintain routine billing activities.
Prepare and analyze routine and period-end reporting.
Collaborate on incident creation and problem analysis to improve processes.
Support IT testing of new or updated functionalities within the ERP system.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commercial Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Finance roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese for effective communication.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Team-oriented and self-directed experience in professional environments.
