Your new role
A new role to the Malaysian team, you would be tasked in leading/ driving CRM strategy for clients across multiple industries while also leading a team of at least 5-6 headcounts.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in CRM/ loyalty marketing and CRM + CMS software (Salesforce, Marketo, HCL Unica, Acoustic, Adobe Campaign)
Prior proven hands-on experience with automating customer journeys, data segmentation and analysis
People management/ leadership experience
