Your new role
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the implementation of various digital solutions, with a primary focus on web and app development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Managing and coordinating multiple digital solution vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and developing contingency plans.
- Overseeing project execution, including task allocation, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
- Ensuring effective change management processes to drive user engagement and digital solution adoption.
- Communicating effectively between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring cost-efficient delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–7+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably within the ICT or healthcare industry and exposure to web/app development projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Adept at identifying and mitigating project risks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
- Skilled in managing relationships and expectations of both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
