A leading MNC in the property management industry is looking for an Assistant Vice President (HRBP) to join their team based in Kuala Lumpur. They are well known globally, having more than 30 private vehicles across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA. At their current growth rate, they are in need of an innovative and versatile individual to drive success in the business.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, your role focuses on leading a small team of HR BP creating strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. As an Assistant Vice President, you are adding value to the company by creating succession planning strategies and handling recruitment of critical roles. You are also given the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure success in this role, you will possess:
- 10 years of experience in full spectrum HR BP, at least 3 years of management experience
- Recruitment and succession planning experience
- Retail and Property Industry background is a plus.
- Experience in HRIS and other HR technologies
- Strategic thinker with innovative and creative problem-solving skills
