Warehouse Manager (Healthcare/Pharmaceutical) (Klang Valley)

Your new role
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be ensuring seamless operations by meticulously overseeing the storage, movement, and tracking of inventory with accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve close coordination with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to enhance overall warehouse operational efficiency. You will optimise the warehouse layout and storage configurations to maximise space utilisation and implement revisions and regulations to uphold the highest safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse. Your leadership skills will be crucial in fostering a productive and positive work environment, driving the team toward excellence in all warehouse operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (licenced).
- Must have experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/FMCG Warehouse Management/Operations.
- Experienced in regulatory requirements (GMP, GDPMD, GDP, EU, HALAL, ISO).
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with audits conducted by state and federal pharmacy enforcement authorities for psychotropic and controlled substances, in accordance with the Poison Act 1952 and the Dangerous Drug Act 1952.
- Experienced in process and system improvement to increase warehouse and logistics operation efficiency
- Thorough review, revise and implement relevant KPIs/SOPs to increase productivity and warehouse operation efficiency.
- Implement warehouse organisation strategies to ensure optimal space utilisation, efficient workflow, and accurate inventory.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
