Coordinate and conduct demand forecasting for products from distributors, ensuring adequate supply.
Monitor sales activities to achieve targeted revenue.
Manage and track distributor sales, inventory reports, and ensure timely submission of reports.
Develop commercial sales funnels and update tender opportunity lists.
Communicate with distributors/resellers about marketing and sell-out/sell-through programs.
Coordinate and respond to marketing requirements and requests from distributors.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports for management.
Follow up on purchase orders, payments, stock availability enquiries, and delivery schedules from distributors, ensuring timely delivery.
Liaise with an internal team for the timely issuance of pro forma invoices, shipping invoices, packing lists, etc.
Support tender requirements and specifications, prepare price proposals, authorisation letters, etc., for projects/tenders.
Maintain communication with channels regarding sales performance, stock movement, deliveries, and promotional campaigns.
Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by the Country Manager and Managing Director
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5 years of sales experience.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
Leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and grow partnerships effectively.
Familiarity with sales strategies and market trends.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
Ability to prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
