Senior Manager, Agency Development position with a leading General Insurance company, to be based in HQ
YOUR NEW COMPANY
This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional General Insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Senior Manager specialising in Non-Motor Classes under Agency Development Team, to be based in Klang Valley.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be counted on to manage a small team to manage and monitor Agency Sales production and Activities. You are also required to do strategic planning or initiate plans to provide assistance in covering the shortfall for Agency Production and Recruitment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum more than 8–10 years of relevant working experience under Sales & Marketing (Agency/ Bancassurance)
Knowledgeable in Non-Motor Insurance classes is a must
Possess Career and Result-driven character
