Your new role

Based in Batu Ferringhi, you will be responsible to manage the entire spectrum of HR from recruitment to on/offboarding of talents. A well put-together and easily approachable personality is a requirement to excel in this industry. Your core focus in the first 12-months is the full cycle of recruitment which talents from healthcare background will be highly preferred as a plug and play as this role will be a pioneer for this branch. Other day-to-day responsibilities include payroll, performance management, industrial relations and so forth. You will be required to partner with the Group HR Lead to roll out strategic HR plans and operate as a sole contributor for the entity in Penang.

What you'll need to succeed

• Preferably 6–10 years in full spectrum HR

• Must have healthcare, hospital industry experience or equivalent industries

• Must have a strong command in English

• Preferably experienced in start-up environments is a plus point

• Open to a sole contributor role, based in Batu Ferringhi and off days on Sunday/Monday
