Your new role
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in immunology and/or oncology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts (Private and Government Hospitals and MOE, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales of their biosimilar products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the immunology and oncology sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of account strategies.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to customers regarding our biosimilar products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with a focus on immunology and/or oncology (MUST)
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of biosimilar products and the regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
