Your new role

• Manage User Access: Ensure timely and accurate management of user access to IT systems, including SAP and shared folders.

• Control Access Requests: Oversee and handle access requests, providing necessary details for audits and generating internal control reports.

• Support and Administration: Administer system access and maintain a knowledge base for access management.

• Training and Documentation: Assist with training, documentation, and identifying improvements for operational and technical issues.

• Project Participation: Engage in Access Management-related projects and support ServiceNow Upgrade UAT for access forms and workflows.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management in Global IT Operations.

• ITIL 4 certification or equivalent experience.

• Strong commitment to customer service and ability to work in a matrixed, geographically diverse environment.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
