Your new role

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access and Government Affairs Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure our products reach the patients who need them. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our market access goals.

• Develop and implement market access strategies for new and existing products.
• Lead and manage a team of market access professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including regulatory, medical, and commercial teams, to align market access strategies with overall business objectives.
• Engage with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies, to advocate for our products and secure market access.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, healthcare policies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present market access plans, reports, and recommendations to senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Health Economics). Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, sales or marketing, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven people management skills with experience leading and developing teams.
• Regional experience (SEA)
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
