AWS DevOps (Sr. Exec / Team Lead)
DevOps Engineer
Your New Company –
My client is an IT company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. They specialize in cutting-edge digital solutions while offering a range of services including managed services, big data, mobile and web application development.
They are seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer carrying a min of 3 years of experience which will be responsible for managing / enhancing the existing Cloud Infrastructure, streamlining the CI/CD processes, and automating workflows.
Your New Role –
In this role, you will be overseeing –
- Designing, implementing, maintaining Cloud Infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability and performance.
- Managing and optimizing Kubernetes using EKS.
- Implementing and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Implementing auto-scaling and cost-optimization.
- Administering DBs including MySQL and Redis, ensuring data integrity, security and performances.
What you’ll need to succeed –
- Degree in IT or similar field.
- Min of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Cloud-DevOps role.
- Strong hands-on in AWS (EC2, S3, EFS, RDS, ASG, VPC, Security (IAM, KMS, Sec Group), etc.
- Proficiency in managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters.
- Experienced in Dockers for containerization and orchestration.
- Good experience with building, maintaining & troubleshooting CI/CD Pipelines via Jenkins, Code Pipeline, Code Build and Code Deploy.
- Writing with CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- Proficient in the ELK stack for monitoring and logging purposes.
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python or Shell for automation works.
