With a strong presence in Malaysia, this leading global insurer is looking for a Head of Compliance to join their dynamic team.


Your new role

As a Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compliance strategies and programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organisational goals. You will also be developing annual compliance plans, converting the organization’s visions and plans to compliance strategies and implementing them. In addition, you will be working closely with the management team and Board Committees.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial crime with team management experience and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in building and implementing compliance frameworks.
  • Good communications skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Added advantage to those from an Insurance background.
