Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SFE Analyst / Business Analyst/ Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) analysis and business analysis to support our marketing teams in various marketing activities. Your expertise will help drive strategic decisions and optimise their marketing efforts.

• Conduct comprehensive SFE analysis to evaluate sales force performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform business analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Utilise IQVIA data and tools to analyse market trends, sales data, and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support marketing teams in the execution of marketing activities and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in SFE analysis and business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong proficiency with IQVIA data and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
