Our client is on the lookout for a new professional to strengthen their IT team, with the aim of revolutionising their processes through the usage of tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.

Your new role

• Spearhead the development and deployment of IT systems and applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to drive automation projects.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives by providing training, integrating new solutions, and aligning with global strategies to boost efficiency.
• Design and optimise process workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced productivity.
• Ensure adherence to IT regulations and standards, while proactively monitoring IT services, projects, risks, and performance.
• Manage LAN/WAN/Internet networks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for system installations, device setups, and troubleshooting.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend optimised solutions.
• Provide 2nd-level IT support to emerging markets and oversee IT and network infrastructure.
• Offer end-user support for IT-related issues and troubleshoot basic computer, system, and application problems.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365.
• Extensive experience in developing process flows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps; knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, work independently, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• IT Business Partnering mindset with a clear understanding of digitalisation demands.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
