A global player in financial services is on the hunt for a Head of HR to join their organisation.

Our client is a global name in the financial services industry, and they are on the hunt for a Head of HR to join their organisation's Kuala Lumpur office.

Your new role

As the Head of HR, you will be tasked with:
  • Providing HR business partnering services to the senior leadership team and country head.
  • Lead a robust team to provide end to end HR operations to the organisation.
  • Provide HR strategic input for workforce planning and hiring budgets.
  • Working with regional stakeholders to localise and implement action plans centred around talent management, succession planning and identification of high-potential personnel.
  • Working with key stakeholders for performance management and overseeing compensation & benefits for the organisation.
  • Develop and improve general HR processes.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to qualify for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 20 years experience, with the last 10 years being in people leadership and senior management role.
  • Experience overseeing and spearheading not only HR transformation, but also organisational transformation.
  • Experience managing full spectrum HR, from both strategic standpoint and working level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage key senior stakeholders.
  • Solutions driven, with strong business acumen.
