Your new role

The reason for this vacancy is part of their expansion plan as the business is continuously growing. This role will cover the end-to-end HR spectrum, which includes payroll, recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, union management, and many more. Not only that, they see this role as the next in-line to be the Assistant HR Manager, which means you will be exposed to more strategic projects with the Senior HR Manager to run projects like change management and organisational development.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years experience, with background in recruitment and employee relations
• Willingness to learn new aspects of HR, which includes union management and performance management
• Solutions driven, with a strong trait of proactiveness.
