Your new role

• You will be responsible to guiding the technical team in ensuring effective project management to support in innovation and product development of the organisation.

• You are responsible to work closely with the Regional Team for technology and product innovation for a variety of product portfolio.

• You will be tasked to align the technical strategy of the organisation together with commercial direction, this would include ensuring proper resource allocation and capability enhancement.

• Lead the development of innovative new products that facilitate proactive promotions, in partnership with local and regional marketing teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or equivalent

• More than 10 years of working experience in R&D or Application Engineering in the FMCG Manufacturing industry

• Exceptional stakeholder management and project management capability.
