Your new role

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Connecting clients with candidates - being a matchmaker for our clients and candidates
• Gain a better understanding of candidates' experience and interests via phone calls and internal interviews
• Sourcing new candidates and conducting calls
• Hitting KPI's tied to calls
