They're now looking for a passionate HR Strategist as a Head of Employee Engagement and Culture to lead their HR Strategy agenda and drive organisational success.

Your new role

As a Head of Employee Engagement & Culture, you'll be managing a team and taking full ownership of leading the DE&I and employee engagement agenda for the entire organisation across the region. You'll be involved in Employee Engagement & Culture framework design, review, implementation and reporting. You'll work closely with the senior stakeholders and head of departments to advise on the best culture & engagement practices in order to develop a high-performing workforce within the organisation. You'll also be responsible for heading the culture and employee engagement agenda together with your team member. You'll be involved in developing a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy, working with the respective stakeholders to design, deploy and evaluate an effective and efficient engagement survey and other relevant employee engagement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years' of experience within human resources.
• Solid experience with a proven record in driving DE&I, Change Management and Employee Engagement Initiative.
• Experience working in a large corporate workforce environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills. Able to translate business agenda into HR strategy
