Your new role

This role will support the Group HR director and will oversee multiple hospitals across the group. You are to be the advisor to the Group HR Director and the hospital as a strategic partner.

What you'll need to succeed

• End to end HRBP experience (both strategic and operational)

• Independent and excellent at making decisions on behalf of the Group HR Director

• Industry preference for healthcare, hospitality or shared services

• Clinical knowledge would be an added advantage.
