Your new role

As a Plant Controller, you will support the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing sites within the International Markets. You will provide strategic financial leadership, partner with plant management, and occasionally travel to Korea. This role focusses on direct costs such as labour and plant costs, and involves managing accounting procedures and leading process improvements.

• Oversee monthly closing processes, reporting, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepare cost accounting analyses and maintain financial controls.
• Act as a financial partner to plant management.
• Support capital investment initiatives and foster financial accountability.
• Manage accounting procedures and lead process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Language:Korean / Japanese proficient
• Experience: 3-5 years in FP&A/Plant Controlling
• Eligibility: Malaysian Korean/ Japanese speaker, Native using Spouse/PR Visa
• System: Prefer SAP but any ERP experience considered
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
