D365 F&O Functional Consultant role with a leading BPO organisation

Your new role

  • Conduct discovery workshops, business requirement studies, and gap analysis
  • Implement and configure Dynamics 365 and auxiliary systems
  • Conduct SIT and UAT during implementation
  • Provide ongoing support and manage application issues
  • Conduct training to maximize system functionality and adoption
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and proper access management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in functional ERP consulting and global implementation, particularly with Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management
  • Extensive knowledge of finance business processes and ERP implementation
  • Finance accounting background is a plus
  • Fluent in written and oral English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
