Your new role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:
- Administer Salesforce Lightning instances, including onboarding new users and providing training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and scope projects
- Manage stakeholder relationships, requirements gathering, and business process development
- Document business requirements, project scope, and user stories
- Work across the entire project lifecycle, including creating test scripts and validating requirements
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on in-house products and services
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades based on user feedback
- Develop reports and dashboards to support company initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce admin tools, data loader, change set migration, and flow-chart tools
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with relational databases and SQL is highly desirable
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Result-driven, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
